Cyril Mischler is a self made professional photographer based in the historic city of Antigua, Guatemala. His photography and reporting are featured in a wide array of English and Swedish language wildlife and travel magazines.
 
From New York City to the highest peaks in the Andes to the deepest jungles of Central and South America Cyril has developed, over two decades of travelling and exploring, an intimate knowledge of the New World.  While travelling remote locations in his beloved Land Rovers and camera at hand his passion for adventure has allowed him to express his creativity, resulting in dramatic impressions of nature, breathtaking scenery and sensational wildlife.
 
Along with his wife Åsa, Cyril has been active in developing the Saraguate Project through which both attempt to transmit their traveling experiences and report on fascinating diverse subjects as they appear on their path.
